My sister and I went to this pub for a drink the other night. When she ordered a coffee with rice milk, the waitress asked her twice about the type of milk, and my sister confirmed twice that she wanted rice milk. However, when the coffee arrived, it was made with regular milk. My sister took a sip and immediately realized that it was not the milk she had ordered. This is a serious problem because my sister's baby is exclusively breastfed and is severely allergic to milk. If she had accidentally consumed the regular milk, it could have caused serious health problems for her baby.
When my sister went to the counter to complain, the first waitress was very rude and dismissive. She denied that my sister had ever ordered rice milk and told her that she should just feed her baby formula if she was concerned about her allergies. My sister tried to explain that she was not comfortable feeding her baby formula and that she needed to be able to trust that the coffee she ordered would be made with the correct ingredients. The waitress was not interested in hearing her concerns and simply dismissed her with a rude remark, saying "because what can a sip of milk do?"
The second waitress was equally rude and unhelpful. She told my sister that it was obvious that she was a first-time mother and that she should just know how to order a coffee. My sister was very upset by the way she was treated and felt that the staff at this pub were completely unprofessional and inconsiderate.
I would not recommend this pub to anyone. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and the food and drinks are not worth...
Read moreI’ve been eating here for a long time but sadly today was our last day here due to their shocking and unprofessional behaviour. Our friend was throwing a small party with some close friends. The restaurant was warned that we were having this “party” and we would have brought a cake in order to celebrate our friend’s birthday. What happened is that some of us ended up coming without ordering any kind of food. Just drinks. Which I feel like is completely normal since this is a restaurant known also for all of theirs choices of beer.
At the end of the dinner we finally brought out the cake and we asked the waiter if it was okey to bring us some plates and forks. And now happened what triggered me the most. They gave us the plates and forks and WE WERE ASKED 10€ FOR THE SERVICE OF THE CAKE. Whaaaaaat? I do eat outside a lot and I celebrated a lot of birthdays out in restaurants and never in my life I’d expected something like this.
I was really surprised and incredulous. I decided to talk to the manager , which was really rude and unprofessional. He kept telling me that was completely normal since half of the people weren’t eating but just drinking so we have to pay an extra charge for the “dessert service”.
Unbelievable, disgusting. We were invited, if not willing to pay , to eat the cake somewhere else. So we ate the cake in the parking spot of the place. I’m really disappointed and disgusted by their miserable behaviour. On top of losing 10 euro, you also lost a lot of clients Shame on you, greedy...
Read moreI wanted to write this review for some time now, but I never got to it. At this point I already have a full list of things to say:
I personally know at least 3 people that ate a burger here and threw up after. In front of the restaurant is an aggressive parking security guy, that literally screamed at me for not knowing that I am not allowed to park there. My friend ordered food to go and a coca-cola. Instead of them telling her that they don’t sell bottles, they charged her by dcl and she ended up paying 7,5€ for 1 drink. (Proof is in the picture!!!) Is that how you treat your costumers? Last but DEFINITELY not least. Today I was just walking by this bar with a friend, on the other side of the road and a (drunk?) waiter started screaming at us that we should come in and we have everything free because we are girls. Literally harassing young girls for just walking by. We tried ignoring him and he wouldn’t stop. Why am I visiting this bar/restaurant so often? I am not. Unfortunately my gym is next to it. I would not eat there if you pay...
