Updating my review. Usually don't write this stuff --- What was a pleasant day, didn't end that well. We are pretty regulars here and usually it is a n overall good experience. This time not very much so. After the waiter made a mistake mixing some of our drinks, we were surprised to see, they charged us for their mistake also (we ended up paying for 5 coffees, while drinking 3). But not a big deal, it happens... While trying to get more information at the bar while leaving, their (waiter's) response was - it was your fault. Not really trying to understand the situation, where he messed up! NO we're sorry, no we'll do better, no how can we help, NO nothing. Really, it's not about the money, but the attitude ... Overall, not a pleasing experience this time. I propose to educate waiters a bit, how to read the room, how to acknowledge their own mistakes and learn form those ... It doesn't cost a lot! Or maybe it does, on the long run.... Nice atmosphere...

Stay away if you're not friends with the owner or the staff! Very poor service, the waiters are arrogant and forgetful. You have to remind them what you ordered and even that doesn't guarantee you'll get it. And very selective - some people receive their orders much sooner. I'm guessing personal friends of the staff or the owner. Waiting 20 minutes for anyone to come get your orders is also nothing unusual. We went there with kids once and received very bad treatment from the owner personally - it also seemed quite selective, because other people with kids were treated differently.
