McDonald's Daveyton — Restaurant in Daveyton

I am really really disappointed at McDonald's Daveyton, myself and my 4 colleagues drove to this McDonald's at about 22:20 on Tuesday 2024-12-17 and when we got to the drive thru. The order taker said they do not serve anything except 1 foldover and Macchicken. We then asked why she said they have cleaned the grills and they are not serving beef or any other meal that requires the use of grill but the McDonald was still operating and it is not closed as yet 🤔🤔 how do you operate and say you have cleaned the grills. They might as well close because it is clear that this McDonald's does not know how to keep the McDonald's promise that it makes to it's customers. We are not taken serious, they are disrespecting us as customers who are there to buy and pay with our own money. Even on Google it says this McDonald's operates 24 Hours which is not true. We then asked to speak to the manager who told us the same story of cleaning grills which is absolutely absurd because there is no way that a McDonald's will still be open then we are told that they have cleaned the grills. Why not clean one and leave the other one operating for customers as much as the drive thru is still open. I felt soo disrespected because I have never heard of such a thing. This means they are used to treating customers like this. This is totally unacceptable if this McDonald's can't do their job then it might as well close we will continue traveling to Benoni and Farrermere where we will be taken serious even though...

i recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's in Daveyton, and i must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.

I would to share a review on behalf of one of your customers. Customers came through to order and was directed to the ordering Machine and Mandisa one of your stuff members was instructed to assist the customer, Mandisa was on a call that time with a friend, the client had to wait for Mandisa to finish her call even though the client has been expressed that he is rushing somewhere to collect people. Mandisa then proceeded to assist the customer , seeing that the customer is new to the restaurant and is not aware of how things are done, Mandisa didn’t form the customer that they had to go to the kiosk to pay for Thor order as they were paying cash, because she was as busy on her phone.
