Burger King Kariega - Corkwood Mall (Drive-Thru) — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

This store is so dirty .staff dont clean the floors or tables .food lying on the floor.The staff are so unfriendly and unhelpful.They take forever to give your order .my food was so cold by the time i got it after around 30 minutes of waiting fir my order .they dont give you napkins .the drinks table is so dirty they staff dont clean it .the person that works there and training new staff even says they give bad service when she placed a order for her ice cream while she was interviewing and training staff .this is their own employees i mean infront of all the customers she says that they just all laugh together whilst im still waiting for my order in storr for over 30 minutes .newton park and circular drive which i frequent alot are always frinedly and always clean why is this store this way?it my second time in this store and had bad experinece both times .im a regulat customer at the other branches never have i had a issue...

Worst experience ever, went to get 2 milktart milkshakes. The lady that rang up our order through the drive thru added our order to the car in front of us and they paid, once they saw the receipt they tried to get there money back the Manager came to us asking for cash, where we only had R30 cash, she then went on asking us to go withdraw the rest so that they can give it to car in front of us. The manager kept on demanding we go withdraw the money we said no because we did not make the mistake. My boyfriend then went and asked for his R30 back so that we can leave as this is the worst service ever the manager bluntly refused to give it back and kept on forcing us to go withdraw the rest of the money.

We won't be buying anything from burger king Kariega anymore more!!

Hi am SOOOOO disappointed with this burger king i drove 25KM to get some burgerking. Started my order with loaded fries (apparently they are out of the nacho sauce). Then i ordered chicken nuggets with the jalepino sauce(also out of stock). Ordered chili cheese poppers great i have to wait. While waiting i realized i do not have any ice in my cold drink. I phone them ask for the manager i tell her I'm waiting outside still and that i do not have any ice in my cold drink and all the other complaints regarding them having no stock. Her reply is I'll speak to the cashiers, not sorry not I'll come and bring you ice nothing. I don't know how burgerking chooses their managers but this lady...
