Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

The last time I was there (about 3 months ago), I ordered a small real deal pizza, as it's the cheapest and already ate big the afternoon. The lady helping me then charged me twice for extra cheese, which I never asked for (I never take extra cheese, as I get sick from too much cheese), and without me noticing. I did ask for side chillies though. I only realized that I was charged for that double extra cheese after coming home and checking the slip properly as the amount I paid felt odd... I wanted to report it later on, but unfortunately I spilled water on the slip while cleaning and so the slip was damaged and I lost my evidence, so just left it then. That small pizza also took like 40 minutes that day for them to make... In the meantime I moved away so don't if the service...

I don't even know what to put for the ratings, Because none of them seem worth it at all. The first time, about not even 2 months ago, I waited over 40 minutes for ONE pizza wrap. Because a trainee that recently started didn't put it IN the oven but put it ON TOP of the oven. Eventually, when I got it, it was full of grease. The manager asked for my slip but then lost it but eventually found it. The second time, I ordered the exact same thing, and it was on the shelf but I couldn't see it from where I was sitting and no one called my number. And when I got it it was cold, and had onions. I ordered the BBQ bacon. I never added Onions. The first time I went, people was constantly complaining about their food being cold and the food taking...

Extremely poor service, ordered 3x pizzas on the Debonairs app at 18.14 by 19.00 I called the store to find out what the delay was I was told they are busy but my pizzas were about to come out and the next available driver would deliver, by 19.40 pizzas had still not arrived and driver tracking on app closed phone number now also unreachable. I then drove to the store fetched the order ( ICE COLD PIZZA ) I asked for the manager to contact me to discuss the issue i have still not been contacted. Don't order your pizza form this establishment, spend your hard earned money elsewhere they have no respect for their customers ( unfortunately sorry no options for no stars as that would be the...
