Dulce - Mercantile Hospital - Port Elizabeth — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

I ordered a Strawberry Malt Shake and when my order arrived it was nothing like the product advertised on the display card I ordered. I asked the waitress about it. The "owner" came to the table and had an attitude. She said the advertisement is never what the real product is. I said it is misleading customers. She was rude and asked if we wanted the drink it or not. I said no thank you, she can take it back. My friend drank hers. Paying the full amount and getting 1/2 the product is not what I call service? Be careful what ask for...

Had to give a 5star review, I ordered eggs on toast and it was PERFECT. And their fruit n veg blends is a must try healthy option. More important, the waitress is amazing and perfect for a hospital setting as she just boosts your mood....
