KFC Commercial Rd — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Worst KFC I have been to in the country. Went to the drive through, their card machine was broken.

I didn't want to go inside because of the atmosphere and amount of people. Got cash and came back, tried to place my order. They didn't have ice cream. Ordered food. Went to the collection window, I was told that they just put the food in and I would have to go parking lot to wait, for 2 minutes (I asked), and it would be brought to me. Waited for 10 minutes. I called inside, no answer to the phone. Waited another 5 minutes. I got out my car, had to walk inside. Found the manager. She went and found my order laying on the counter for who knows how long. Handed it to me and I left with my slightly cold food. At least the taste wasn't bad.

Not a drive through since I was forced I side. Not fast food since I waited so long. I just hope it was fried...

I was here today was in the drìvetrew and at the speaker box lady informed me it's only cash at the drive through I have to go inside to pay with card... I than reverse to go back to the parking ... ones inside the meals I wanted to order was a crunch burger oreo meal .... I was than informed they don't have that ... than I asked for a crusher I was informed by the lady at the counter they don't have ice cream than I told her u don't use ice cream to make this drink u use sprit I than showed her a pic of the crusher drink they sell ... now by now I was starting to get rather annoyed... her reply was just wait she than went to the back taking her own and came bk to inform me o they don't have lemons .... than I had to wait for ever for my oder food was terrible I'm disgusted with the service really ... at 10am in the morning no ways staff get ur...

Was a bit of a disappointment as I had to drive past everyday while they were renovating... So now that they are open I wouldve expected the uce cream machine to be working for a change... Got that thought out of my head and then ordered our food in drive through and were told to park 5 to 7 minutes for fresh chicken... no problem... waited for more than 30 minutes and when I got inside they couldnt find my order or my slip that they kept to know which car to bring the order to. You gotta step up your game guys... its 2022 how the .... can your ice-cream machine still be out of order.... and after probably 100s of thousands of Rands how can you still not give me a...
