KFC Kabega Park — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Waited more than 10 minutes for a dunked burger. When I arrived at home I realized that they used chicken strips instead of a patty and didn't even cover the surface for the burger bun. If they didn't have the correct patty why didn't they just let me know its not available I would of ordered something else. 3 February 2020: Ordered a 10 piece family treat via drive through. The lady told me that I had to wait 15 minutes as they "Cook to order" this is the first time I've ever heard of this at a KFC. 25 minutes later I had to go inside to enquire about the order. There was mix up with my order and they had to end up giving me another customers order. A change in management is seriously needed ASAP. 29 January 2022: Dear diary thinking things would of change after my last review. I attempted to order again from KFC hoping things would have improved. Unfortunately my hopes were shattered when I wanted to order Kentucky Fried "Chicken". The lady at the drive through informed me that i would have to waite 20 minutes before chicken. This was on a Saturday night at only 8pm. If i could rate them 0 i would have it's the second time that we have been getting not up to standard food from this KFC by ordering through the app .. Sunday passed we ordered the 9piece Sunday special and myself and my fiance we got such terrible food poisoning from there chicken,there chickens old or the oil is old I was in bed from food poisoning up till Wednesday so bad that I could not even move to get up to even go to a doctor I'm trying to get results we phoned the manager the manager referred us to the area inspector Mrs Zonki and Everytime We phone her she says she's phoning us back nobody is coming back to us so that they can take our complaints down as I requested a health inspecting report from them from that branch and nobody's coming back to a person so now you tell me what would have happened if myself or my fiance had to die because of their incompetence .. ill NEVER will put foot into that branch ...my advice..don't ever buy chicken there you will die or get very...

This is the worst kfc, we use this kfc cos we live close buy but everytime it's a disappointment. The service is pathetic We used the drive through when was time to collect our food we were told to wait 5 minutes after 15 minutes my husband got out of the car in the pouring rain to ask where our order was He was told they busy with it 15 minutes after that a lady came out stood under the shelter waiting for my husband to go to her to collect the food he told her to bring the food to us she stood and gave my husband such a look then she walked to the car and literally shoved the bag in his face and walked away the receipt flew onto the windscreen the way she handled the food giving it to my husband. That was extremely rude of her. When we got home the mini loaves we payed for was not in the bag. The Chicken was not fresh and the chips was cold U guys need to improve on the quality of your food and service. I will not be supporting this kfc even though I stay...
