Roman's Pizza Penford — Restaurant in Eastern Cape

Had a bad first time experience...poor service from one of the cashiers who serviced a white lady customer behind myself and my cista. She didn't even acknowledged our existence there, we were just ignored. When we arrived, one customer was being served by one cashier whilst two other cashiers were busy chatting over something and we thought only one cashier was working at that point and time until one of the cashiers called a white lady who had just arrived to que behind us and and she called her and served her; without even showing a sign of attention or recognition to us. This behavior triggered annoyance from me and I complained to the cashier only to be told that 'I thought you were still looking at the menu'. Haibo......standing there waiting to be served???? No apology and without even looking at us. Her angry behavior prompted my own anger too and that's why I asked her if she ignored us because we're black or what. She was ready to argue and her colleague told her to apologize. Yhooo . The white lady took her money back and left accusing me of being rude cause seemingly I should have kept quiet, apparently she enjoyed being served first before us without even asking from us if it was OK for her to be served before us to show respect. Cause we were there first for God's sake!!! And now when I complain I'm rude wooow cause I'm not supposed to complain, according to her. I'd give one star for the tasty veggies pizza and one for the less than 15min time I waited for it to be ready. This was my first time at Roman's Penford. Talk to your staff please. Every customer is important for your business black or white...money is the same. I've heard stories of staff spitting on customers food orders if she/he complains. Hope this did not happen with our tasty...

Waiting way too long for food. An hour later than the indicated 70 minute waiting time is extensive. Staff really trying their best to accommodate unsatisfied customers, but waiting so long for a meal is not an ideal concept for a shop that...
