Plant based burgers contain both egg (due to mayonaise) and milk (due to cheese). They therefore do not adhere to the allergy standards set out by the Steers website, which state that there should be no animal products on their burgers. After waiting half an hour for food, I tell them I cannot consume eggs and that the website states there's no eggs nor milk in their veggie burgers. They end up remaking the burger, with cheese. The customer service was terrible and I was met with being told I'm wrong about what the website stipulates should be in their burgers (despite it being open in front of me). It was dirty and staff don't use any form of gloves. Read moreWent there to order 4 simple meals. There was no other customers and we waited longer than an half an hour for 2 toasties and 2 burgers with chips. When the food arrived at our table there was hair in one of the toasties and the chips was old and cold. We sent the plates back after having a huge argument with the manager where she agreed that the chips was old, and they returned 10 chips on each plate. We did not pay for a burger with 10 chips. Staff are so lazy and selfish. They are very stingy and will not go back...
