I called on the branch on cnr OR Thambo & Voortrekker street, Techno Park, Witbank on the evening of 1 March 2023. I was in the drive through with no cars in front or at the back of me. I asked the attendant (Lebo) for a few seconds to check the menu. She insisted that I then go inside the outlet. I made up my mind within 15 seconds and she refused to take my order. Switched off the microphone and closed the drive through window. I went into the outlet and spoke to the manager (Lazarus) about the poor service. He called her to the front desk and I raised my concern with her. She showed a poor attitude and no interest. I went back to my car and proceeded through the drive through again, as I could immediately place my order. Once Lebo heard it was me placing an order, she again said I must go into the outlet, closing off the microphone. I went back into the outlet and placed my order with the manager. Reason why I was using the drive through, was that I was not dressed to go into the outlet. It was via drive through where the lady who was working that evening was impossible during the time i was placing orders, okay we (family) needed crushers but she said all types of ice cream are unavailable, fine with that, we proceeded to order capaccino to be topped with vanilla, vanilla was not available, okay fine, then we ordered 9pc bucket and mini loafs, then the lady kept quiet and not confirmed if it was available, seems like she was tired of us already, then we ask if it's available she said yes, then we changed the order to streetwise 2 pap, she kept quiet, we proceed forward, on arrival where she was we told her we no longer want the 9 pcs, she just go high and shout that I must never do that again 'buti we unga yenzi lento, angi funi ku changerna ne order yakho', she cannot keep changing orders, I told her that I changed the order while still at the back but she decided to keep quiet, actually she was impatient, then said she didn't hear that, I ordered streetwise 2 pap x 4, on the collection side we were told that there's no pap, only chips for streetwise 2.
