I asked the attendant (Lebo) for a few seconds to check the menu. She insisted that I then go inside the outlet. I made up my mind within 15 seconds and she refused to take my order. Switched off the microphone and closed the drive through window. I went into the outlet and spoke to the manager (Lazarus) about the poor service. He called her to the front desk and I raised my concern with her. She showed a poor attitude and no interest. I went back to my car and proceeded through the drive through again, as I could immediately place my order. Once Lebo heard it was me placing an order, she again said I must go into the outlet, closing off the microphone. I went back into the outlet and placed my order with the manager.
