Hungry Lion Palm Springs Mall — Restaurant in Emfuleni Local Municipality

I had the worst experience at this restaurant, I ordered and waited more than an hour to receive my order, as people who arrived after me were served.

When I did receive my order, it was the wrong order and the explanation I received was that the meat had just been sold as I was waiting to be attended to, meaning that they ignored my order and served everyone else they deemed as important enough what I had ordered and serve me a bunch of excuses.

Overall the service was bad and instead of receiving any sort of compensation for the delays I was handed the wrong order and told that there was nothing they could do about it.

My advise for anyone planning on buying at that specific restaurant would be not to waste your time and money, you will...

The service is slow. There is shortage of staff. There is only one person for recieving and taking out orders. There was no change. Orders were wrong. The cooking staff were chatting and having a laugh while customers waited restlessly. I'd rate the overall experience a solid 2/10.
