Simply Asia Erasmia — Restaurant in Erasmia

The Simply Asia in Erasmia, Centurion, is okay at the best of times but they reached a new low today with the ignorance of their staff and false advertising. The store has a poster outside, offering Bubble Tea with a special of "Buy one, Get one free". When I placed an order with them for food as well as this special, I was told that the special was only available from Mon-Fri (Today is Saturday). The poster outside the establishment clearly stated "Bubble Tea: Buy One Get One Free", T&Cs making no disclaimer about this offer being available at a specific time during the week, only that the offer was for a limited time only (See attached photo). The store manager was called and he repeated the asinine comment of 'only available during the week'. He insisted this was stated on the poster, to which we asked him to please go read his own poster because he CLEARLY did not know what his own store was selling. He went outside and even had to take a picture to send it to owner because he couldn't believe it himself. We subsequently canceled our order and went to place our order at the Raslouw branch. Erasmia's Simply Asia lost out on a R750+ order for 3 Bubble...

I’ve ordered from here a few times now – both sushi and regular meals – and every time the food has been absolutely divine. The sushi is always fresh and beautifully prepared, and I especially appreciate the quality of the ginger (the good kind!). With the main meals, the chicken is perfectly portioned, the vegetables are cooked to perfection, and every bite is full of flavour.

Thank you for being fair and giving customers true value for their money. Hats off to the chef and owner for choosing quality ingredients and having such a skilled team. It truly feels like the “Durban Simply Asia experience” has been brought to Centurion.

One afternoon during the rainy season like this is always the best time to get some spicy Thai ramen! And here we are here, ordering Tom Yam Ramen & Thai Spice Ramen. The taste was nice; it's just a little "milder" than I thought for Thai food. I believe if I put more chillies from the condiment, it would have been perfect, which I forgot to ask for, and the waiter forgot to serve it for us also.

Kagiso and Thandeka serving us with the smiles on their faces. It was an excellent culinary afternoon we had there. The place was neat & clean.

Definitely will come back for another menu and...
