am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the service and attitude of the staff at your franchise. According to the posted operating hours, your establishment is supposed to open at 10:30 AM. However, for years, it has been opening at 11:00 AM instead. Today, we arrived at 11:00 AM, hungry and in the rain, only to find the doors closed.

What exacerbated the situation was the way your staff communicated—or rather, failed to communicate—with us. We were forced to try and understand what they were saying through a closed window, which was neither professional nor customer-friendly. When I asked to speak to the manager to inquire why the operating hours hadn’t been updated to reflect the actual opening time, I received no response. The staff’s attitude was dismissive, and it was clear that other customers were also frustrated, waiting outside in the rain.

To make matters worse, it was already 11:30 AM, and the staff still appeared unprepared to serve customers. This is the second time in two years that I have experienced such poor service at this location.

As a Nando’s franchise, it is imperative that your operating hours be accurate and clearly communicated to your customers. If the hours have changed, they should be updated promptly to avoid situations like this. I expect better from a brand like Nando’s and hope that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening...

Ordered the new cobo sosatie wrap yesterday. Order 288. Placing order was smooth and efficient, but as they called out collections, people who were behind me started receiving their orders with no indication of when mine will be ready. I overheard the one staff member scolding the guy in the grill about "sosatie". He simply shrugged It off and walked away. The grill is visible from the waiting area and there was no evidence of my order. I then queried this with the lady who was calling out the orders and she simply walked away. Very poor communication skills and so out of place with what one expects from a brand such as Nandos. I eventually simply spoke loud enough that my order wasn't even prepared yet. The grill guy then slapped a sosatie on the grill for about 2 mins. Doused on some sauce and it was handed to me in the box. What a poor show. They even made excuses to say there were 2 similar orders and they got confused. lying through their teeth.... I could see the grill the entire time. Anyways after almost 30 mins I received this poor, soggy, somewhat cold sosatie... What a disgrace. Never will I return to this Nandos again. I can also understand why Nandos is getting all this flack. Premium prices at subpar service...
