Parcel ordered on 1 December. Couriers sent a message that they would deliver on the 5th. No delivery. Then couriers sent a message that they would deliver yesterday. No delivery. Then they finally delivered this afternoon (I had to go outside when they delivered to my neighbour to ask for my delivery or they wouldn't have delivered it) with the boxes all crushed and open. The goods are intact but I would not consider this good service. Edit to add. Such a pleasure to be blamed for choosing the 'wrong' courier.

Excellent service on first order only. Ordered for my daughters market day , she was successful and loads of fun. The website had numerous tips and tricks for entrepreneurs day, quantities, etc. on what to order with quantities.

1st batch received did have a leak, however, swift response with delivery the very next day was received. Service and products so amazing - that we did order again for another social event. Well done to the Bubble tea Empires on your product, service and prices.

Second batch ordered had too long a delivery turn-around time, I had to go fetch items myself and still waiting...

The ladies at Bubble Tea Empire have gone above & beyond in their customer service. I don't think that I have ever experienced such excellent service. This is really 'WOW' service. Thank you ladies.
