Out of the fast food joints I've ever visited (including local outlets) This burger king HAS THE WORST SERVICE first two visits after opening were great everything was quick and efficient. The third attempt they had no Bacon because the ovens were down or something. Now i know this has nothing to do with the staff but the store was not even a month old. In my Fifth visit I even had to ask if they have bacon before making my order as twice already i encountered the same issue. My second concern is that in four of my visits I always have to park on the side of the drive through, while we have to wait for the order to come piece at a time to up to 60 minutes. I mean we get it the store is new but we wouldn't be asking for something that was never offered before. Also why are we not getting our Store receipts and only getting the receipt from the EFT machine as we want to see a breakdown of what we've bought especially when ordering things we dont normally get as we're excited that the store is finally opened. I've never encountered so mamy things to write about and I mean the staff probably doesn't have the resources to accommodate Riversands neighboring areas or the community as a whole but you really are setting them up for failure if the store will have /three people working drive thu/walkins and deliveries. I mean some of these days if not most were during the month with an empty store and my last straw was on a busy weekend which I understood the long wait but again if we are in the drive thru, whoever came first must be served,z take their order and on to the nextone, coz when we all parked outside it literally burgers for all then serves drinks for all then we all go which Truly doesn't make sense to the people who came first. The review is only to improve the next person's experience by promoting more professionalism within the store and management to really work on ensuring that everything has been ordered which is being marketed on the menu. In October, my daughter and I took on the incredible Warrior Race at Riversands Farm Village. Our very first one! 💪🏽 It was an unforgettable day of mud, sweat, and pure determination. We pushed through every obstacle, earned our dog tags and metals, and proved to ourselves that courage comes in all sizes, even my brave nine year-old daughter showed true warrior spirit! 🏅💖
By the end, we were soaked, cold, exhausted… and starving! That’s when Burger King Riversands became our unexpected hero of the day. Even with muddy shoes and wild hair, we were welcomed with warm smiles and friendly service that instantly made us feel at home.
We ordered our favourite promo meal, and that first bite was pure bliss. After a day of pushing our limits, that burger felt like a reward fit for champions! 🍔🔥

I ordered the Texan BBQ burger meal but received a standard beef burger instead, yet I paid for the Texan burger AND it was in the Texan packaging. Unfortunately the receipt is only the banking receipt that does not contain the full order. It's such a struggle to sort out anything with this receipt. With that, the service is incredible slow. Incorrect items given paid extra for but not received in the order (loaded fries with bacon bits, paid for, only received loaded fries).
