I am reaching out to express my disappointment with the service I experienced while trying to order from Burger King via Uber Eats. This order, a medium quadruple stacker meal with a Milk Tart milkshake, resulted in a frustrating and disappointing evening.
After placing my order, a driver was assigned to pick it up, only to cancel soon after. This was followed by three more drivers, each canceling due to my order not being ready. Trying to understand the delay, I called the store twice. The first time, I was assured my order was “about to be ready.” When I called again, a staff member responded rudely, saying that my order delays were due to my using Uber Eats instead of Mr. Delivery. If Mr. Delivery is preferred, I don’t understand why Uber Eats is offered as an option at all, given this confusion.
After waiting for two hours, I finally received a call informing me that the Milk Tart milkshake—or any milkshake—was unavailable and asking if I’d like an alternative. By this time, I was incredibly frustrated by the delay, lack of communication, and the difficulty I had reaching the store on the phone.
Ultimately, I had to cancel the order. By then, however, it was past delivery time for all other restaurants, leaving me with no option for dinner. I had to go to sleep without a meal, which was disappointing after such a long wait.

Read moreAfter visiting this store this afternoon I was extremely frustrated with the incompetence and lack of professionalism from the staff. One of the board were not working. After enquiring about what the options on the board was I was told in a very arrogant manner by one of the staff members that there are other options.
This was not what I wanted as I was planning on buying lunch for my kids so the other options were either too big or too spicy. I asked if there was maybe something (like a paper menu) to show the options but her reluctancy to help was highly frustrating.
