Burger King Sasol Ormonde View (Halaal) — Restaurant in Gauteng

I always buy Burger King at Burger King Sasol Ormonde, however tonight the service was horrific. Firstly the gentleman named Samkelo who had to assist me, didn't actually look like he wanted to assist me,or he was tired I won't know, but still it's no excuse, I did say to him normally we wake up before going to work. Then when I ordered, I requested 2 nachos loaded chips, he then wanted to argue with me that I only asked for 1,however that wasn't the worst, he then started speaking to another customer in their language about me, how is that acceptable? I also told him as well as the other customer, that they are NOT a very good example for my little 5year old daughter that was sitting on the counter and had to witness all of this. Totally unacceptable!!! He didn't know how the voucher for a free junior whopper works, neither did he know how another discount voucher works. When I received my order there was a missing burger and again he wanted to argue with me, then I needed to ask where's my cold drink. The other gentleman gave me pepsi, I asked if I could get seven up, because Samkelo didn't even ask me what flavor I wanted, then they started speaking and giggling in their language and then took their time on purpose and the second nachos that I received was NOT made to the normal standard we are use to from this Burger King. The staff provided excellent service but unfortunately there was an incident were by I had placed an order then a few seconds later asked the cashier to change the order as I had seen something else that was enticing, but to my surprise the cashier looked stressed and worrisome about by decision so I then asked what was the issue because they had not processed the order but on punched it. They then explained to me that voiding it was a problem as their supervisor named Thulani, had a problem with voiding the oder and only one cashier was taking orders because the other one could not work due to an order that was not voided because the supervisor refused and therefore he could not continue work. I found this very alarming and an abuse of power at play., so I asked the cashier to call their supervisor and so he was, but took his time add when he arrived he did not even bother to greet me, but rather scolded his employees about the irritating void that he had to come sort out. After voiding it he then left angrily with out even saying a work to me. So I have no respect businesses that hire people that miss treat their employees because this seem to be culture at the restaurant as some have been dismissed for venting out and therefore the current staff rather keep quiet for fear of...

The service was great, there were no hustles with redeeming my coupons. I have been to other burger King restaurants where I was told stories when I wanted to redeem coupons, mangers had to be called and everything. I always cringe when I have to use a coupon because the bk employees sometimes do not know what they are supposed to do a d you as a customer must now try to figure out what to do next.
