Copper Canyon Spur — Restaurant in Gauteng

Golden canyon spur...My Partner and I along with my daughter had the worst experience on Sunday. We arrived and were given menus as usual then waited for more than 30 mins for them to come take our order. Bare in Min the shop was empty there was no way they could of been to busy to serve us. When our waiter Eric arrived he took our order and asked him if u he had a charger for my phone. Cause apparently they don't use the family spur card anymore they use the app ok fine...he tool pictures of the vouchers on my phone incase my phone died which it later on did. Our food took time to arrive and the apple/kiwi cocktail thing was not what is advertised it's supposed to be blue ours was green and had no taste at all all u could taste was soda water and ice. We complained and got another one made. My food the wings were extremely dry I ate it anyway cause I was hungry and I was already upset cause if their service I wanted to pay and leave. It was my daughters birthday I specifically asked him not sto sing for her cause we were running late and I was pissed. But NO!! He didn't listen they still came to sing for her or whatever....I asked for my bull and it took more than 30 mins for it to arrive and her said he needed the opportunity on my phone to get the voucher redeemed..I told him that let's leave the vouchers and we will pay full amount we were late I couldn't wait for my phone to switch on cause I asked for a charger since we stepped in the store. He insisted that we use the vouchers and still told him to leave it he wouldn't listen. I asked for his number and said I will send the otp when I get home and my phone is charged which I did.

Spur is one of our favorite family restaurants and I was very dissatisfied. I will not be going to that one anymore. The service is horrible and slow they way the shop was empty we were supposed to get there eat and leave but we spend hours all...

I had ordered a plain cheese pizza for my vegetarian daughter, they served her a bacon pizza. I explained to the waiter while we did order other non veg items I had to send the pizza back as it is against my religion to eat pork and beef. He took the pizza back to the kitchen and returned with the same pizza cleaned out as much bacon as they could and covered with cheese and served it to her again. Luckily we had seen it still had bacon bits on it before she shad eaten it. We had to pack up our food and leave as my daughter then refused to eat anything from there, and even worse it was her grandma's birthday, how disappointing!!! The manager apologized and took the bill on the house but it did not sound like an isolated incident that happens in that kitchen. Honestly how pathetic is that, there is zero respect for customer orders and culture. Honestly cannot trust what comes out of their kitchen. As much a we previously did enjoy this spur... NEVER AGAIN, CANNOT TRUST...

We were 15 August 2023 at spur Lambton what a bad service to begin with, we ask for fanta floats, it comes, only the soft drink, no floats, we order our food, the onion rings are like that with salt, you can't eat them, we send the onion rings back, the food was R149, what up to the 20th is and we say don't burn food chicken shouldn't burn anything ah no food burns the 7th heaven from a person's mouth we leave but don't eat chicken ask for our account she brings us and gives spur card as she questions we say for her so clearly leave the points on the map don't use it well just like what she listened with our order she listens with the points believe me it was the last time we went to that spur we go there often because it's close to us but now no thank you service was so poor and then best of all they weren't even busy there were 3 tables with people in full spur. now what if they were busy so...
