I had a disappointing experience with Debonairs Atteridgeville Maunde on 28 October when my order didn’t arrive. I left a review expressing my frustration. But today, Flora from the branch personally called me to apologise and she didn’t just say sorry, she made it right. I was offered a large pizza for free, using my R50 coupon voucher, with no extra charges.

Uprofessional

This was a really disappointing experience. Ordered online. They accepted the order and about 30 minutes later told me they couldn't deliver to me. I told them to then cancel it. Then for the next 30 minutes received calls from the delivery man having to go on and off about how the manager said he can't deliver but now should deliver.
