Very disgusted with the service from Debonairs.I have my daughter sleep over one weekend in a month and she loves our Pizza Fridays. We normally get it from our local Debonairs (Passing a Romans in Van der hoff on our way home) as its a close drive but tonighy we decided to put up the tent in the living room and order pizza. To my greatest regret I ordered from Debonairs Phillip nel park at 19h05. After watching our Pizza being "prepared" on their app for an hour we phoned the store; Numerous failed attempts had us phone their customer care department. They were going to make a follow up with the store. We phoned the store again and the person whom answered said the driver is already out. At 20h25 we received a call to say the driver is 5 minutes away. We reveived our food at around 21:25 and my daughter had already fell asleep. I stopped counting the times my daughter asked when our Pizza would come. She even said we should go fetch it (Imagine 3 years old). I am deeply dissapointed and frustrated. Who else would allow their children to fall asleep hungry at an incompetents empy promises. I demand a call and an apology and would like to speak to a manager whom are willing to listen to my frustration. Lets see if you even give a damn about your customer! Read moreThe worst service I’ve ever received from any Debonairs, I made an order which took 4 hours and still hadn’t arrived, to top it off the agents were lying saying the order is delayed because of rain when it was not raining at all, they have also failed to provide my alternative number that I listed in the driver instructions and ended up calling the wrong number despite my specifications not to do so, obviously because of this the driver wasn’t able to reach me, I had to call them 10 times in order to find a way forward and eventually when I tried to communicate with the driver to deliver my order at a different location from the one I was at because the order took so long that I could no longer stay at my original location, I was then told that the driver cannot make the delivery to my new location so I requested a refund, under false pretences the staff mentioned that they would deal with the matter however it’s been 5 days and still no refund, I had to call them again and they told me the same thing I was told 5 days ago which is that they’d get back to me, if this isn’t resolved I may have to take legal action because this is ridiculous and unprofessional. I was at Debonairs Phillipnel on the 27-11-2018 and I purchased the December Boss special order number #581 transaction was at 20:52. I must say that I have never received that kind of service in my life and the staff has the audacity to even argue and shout about our orders in front of us like we nothing. I was told that they took my order but didn’t realize they didn’t have the triple decker base for the pizza I had ordered and it would take a while, they couldn’t even give me a time frame imagine having to recieve my order at 21:27 and the Staff doesn’t bother to ask what kind of coke (normal,light or zero). I mean I waited 30 minutes for my order and imagine after that irritating wait once I got home the pizza was sloppy work and had little streaky stake.
