If you’re looking for a Debonairs that consistently doesn’t give you your full order, unless you specifically message them and remind them what they shouldn’t forget, whether it be sauces, drinks, and sometimes starters. Then look no further than Debonairs Shell Newclare! And when I called them now, they say sorry it was a mistake, really? We talking 4-5 separate occasions where they forgot! And she wasn’t even being accountable, just acting like it’s a 1 time slip up, yet every time I order from this specific one this happens. Even when I pointed out to her that this doesn’t happen with the other franchises, she still just tried to gaslight me and make it seem like this was the first time! I’m never ordering from this franchise again! I know that their pizza is not great, and I would get it out of a desperation move, now I’m just gonna rather be hungry and wait for better things to open. Cause your product is below average, and now your service...

If I could give this place a zero star review I would, I ordered food and they took 3 hours to deliver my food. The driver phoned me to come outside saying he was 5 Min away, I stood outside for 30min and he didn't show up. He then called me asking to collect my order at a place 10 Min away from my house, keep in mind I placed an order for delivery. Then eventually he arrived and the food was ice cold. The food was awful ,I honestly wouldn't recommend anyone to order from Debonairs Newclare,

The food honestly was awful after already having too wait for so long I ended up just ordering food from another place and feeding the Debonairs...

I ordered a pizza last night from Debonairs newclare the 1that is situated at the shell garage I recieved a call from the driver Moses to confirm my address about 5minutes later it said on the app that my order was delivered I then contacted the restaurant I was informed that I should have recieved my order as per my app the driver arrives. 15minutes after the call with cold pizza and no change inconveniencing me he left and came back and half and hour later with change as a result me out in the cold twice resulting in me having flu and serving my family cold pizza which I politely paid my money for I will not recommend...
