Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Debonairs@Chuma mall sucks!!! I ordered pizza today at 16:55pm and I paid online. 17:10pm I received message that my order has arrived. I thought let me give them few more minutes maybe there is traffic...

Around 18H27 after writing email of complaint. Debonairs Chuma Mall decided to call. I received my order after 2 hours (18:51)of my order.

Not to mention that 17:25 I had to leave the house, since my shift starts 18:00pm. I arrived at work 19:26. This wasn't just unpleasant experience, but it put me in difficult spot at work, and it also affected my income (short pay). Around 9:30 when I take my teatime I found wrong flavor in a box. I ordered sweet chili and they delivered chicken. What a &%&$!!!

What annoyed me the most is that it wasn't for the first time. I've plenty of cases with Debonairs under my profile and not all have been resolved. Debonairs Case CAS-2385123-Z3R2Y3 & CAS-2378165-B9V6S0.

The worst case scenario is that even today there is no formal communication from head office nor Chuma store.

Romans pizza might not be the best pizza shop in the industry, however, they get their order right and they have great...

The service at this establishment is top notch!I always order same price pizza which costs R85( not sure if the price still the same) with a choice of either bacon or chicken! The staff will never disappoint NOT even a single day. The team is always hands on thier task and friendly..l invited my friends ,and were super happy with the pizzas they ordered . However always make sure outside tables are always clean.But Generally the establishment deserves 99% service ! Keep it up team and management.Looking forward to come back shortly...

Um so disappointed with the pizza we got at chuma mall every time they make things different ...first thing I have to take my order back ..now again coz I always found my order dry as if made yesterday now again I bought large dripple...they put large on the top under the first line the where using the medium size whole I paid large ...I don't know if they try to save with us or they think we don't know wht we are...
