I recently ordered what can only be described as the worst-tasting Cram-Decker pizza I have ever had, from your Dobsonville Mall branch. The pizza was an absolute disaster on multiple fronts.

🤮🤮🤮YUCK!!!! To begin with, we found a brush bristle in the pizza, which is not only disgusting but raises serious concerns about your hygiene standards. This was already enough to ruin the experience, but the food quality made it even worse. There was barely any cream cheese, the pizza was extremely dry, and to make matters worse, no mince was added. The dough was undercooked, yet somehow burnt, and the rest of the ingredients were tasteless.

👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾I have ordered this pizza before, and what I received this time was a pathetic excuse for a meaty Cram-Decker. It felt like we were given the bare minimum, which made me feel robbed of the money spent. The quality was nowhere near what I have come to expect from Debonairs.

While the service was fast and the driver was friendly, none of that could salvage the disappointment caused by the poor preparation and hygiene concerns. I urge potential and existing customers to avoid this branch based on my experience.

I trust you will take this complaint seriously and take corrective actions, both in terms of food quality and hygiene. I expect a response explaining how such a lapse could occur and how it will be addressed moving...

The Debonairs pizzas here are simply terrible. Even Roman's tastes better than them. I've been a loyal Debonairs customer for years, even have the belly to prove it. I've never tasted such bad Debonairs than at this place.

The base has been always stale for all the 6 times I've ordered from there. I live 1 km away from them but have to order from Jabulani Mall or Maponya Mall and meet them at the Shell Garage (Crnr Koma & Elias Motsoaledi) to collect (charged for delivery).

I gave them chance after chance but the pizzas there are not fresh at all. The base has always been tough like they were left out for the past week before being used. Delivery times were great at all times, pity about the food. Their wings were bad too, bought once, never again. Please retrain the staff on storage for fge pizza bases so that I can reorder...

That's it Debonairs. That was your last chance. Don't know why I keep bothering knowing full well I'm going to get the worst pizza ever!!!! Ordered the meaty cram decker and it was HORRIBLE to say the least. The base burned, the pizza is falling apart, no filling. Everything was burned. And that cost me R195!!!! Don't understand why Debonairs would serve people such pizzas??? The only thing I can think of is that the staff making the pizzas are really not happy and are taking it out on customers....my R200 down the drain. I am done. Never again.
