Protea Glen Mall debonairs manager called and told me that they didn't receive my order because the call centre didn't dispatch the order to them. I was told that the call centre manager Mariah will call me but till today I have not received any call back to explain why I didn't get My order. I'm extremely disappointed by even the managers response and conduct. To me it's proof that service delivery and customer service is not a priority in your company.... I'm lost for words and do not think I will ever look your direction Debonairs...

Had a terrible experience at Protea Glen mall as usual, ordered pizza online for collection, we ordered at 15:30 and arrived at the store for collection at 16:25 and they told us to wait for 8 minutes which turned to 30, to make matters worse we opted for the curb side delivery which didn't happen, when we finally got our food the lady was rude and unapologetic and we had to go back for our cool drink, Debonairs Protea Glen should close down if they can't keep up with demand, because their service is poor and the staff don't know how to put the customer first. You would think that because we are recovering from the negative financial impact of Covid they would be appreciative that customers are supporting, but no the service really puts you off the place... Money not well spent...

I ordered Pizza with Debonairs Protea Glen Mall at 14:20. After an hour, I noticed that the live tracking was disabled so I decided to call the store and the call center to get the status of my order. I called the store more than 5 times and there was no answer. I also called the call center twice, who transferred me to the store and both times, there was no answer.

My order eventually arrived two hours later and it was the incorrect order. I ordered the Original Vegetarian and the Large half and half with Something Meaty and Club but instead I got the Peparoni pizza and a Hawaiian pizza which is far from what I ordered. I'm so frustrated cos I got cheaper pizzas (which I don't like) when I paid for a pricier ones. I called AGAIN and AGAIN there was no...
