Debonairs Pizza — Restaurant in Gauteng

Good day

As a regular buyer at debonairs pizza Nkomo village in attridgeville This was not the service I expected to get

Firstly I ordered on the triple for r199.90 Yesterday which was the 6th May 2020, it took about 2 hours over to be delivered,2nd the pizza came cold as dot was black and pizza was hard immediately I contacted the store I was told in 20mins I will receive a replacement pizza at no charge, 3rd the driver was rude and abrupt, it's the 7th I called store spoke to Tama she said I can collect the pizza as no driver available I went she then asked for the old pizza after 1 and a half days which I threw away as it was not eatable I have been mailing them which I never got not one response I have call log of how many times I called aswell as all emails

Kindly assist

I would not want to go back to any store I want a refund for that pizza or a voucher where I can get another pizza at another store

I would appreciate some sort of feedback

Yesterday I ordered a pizza from debonairs and as the amount was under r100 I had to add something else to the pizza to push the price up to R100. I asked for extra pineapple and although i paid for the extra topping I did NOT receive the topping. It is really shameful that the customer pays for extra toppings to ensure debonairs has an order over r100 but the customer does not receive what they pay for. I do however give the gentleman who made the delivery 5 stars. As Sean went the extra mile to ensure I got an energade drink and not a powerade drink... he was friendly and very professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Worst experience ever encounter here, i ordered pizza today as a collection. Firstly the store is way too dirty, secondly the music is too loud to even hear when they call for your order. The staff members are disrespectful and rude. Fast forward, we collected the pizza, as hungry as we were, we thought of grabbing two slices, however upon opening the box, we face a shocking disaster in the box. The pizza was just a mess. It looked as if it was scrambled eggs, wrongfully cut, layers not the same size. I was disgusted immediately and lost my appetite of hunger. I went back to the store to report the horrible mess i found in the pizza. But the staff seems not to care at all. Well Debonairs Nkomo Village is such a disaster place to be buying pizza there.
