Atmosphere is quite busy with a video of someone preparing food on the telly, while radio music is playing in the background.

My Waiter did unfortunately not introduce himself and wasn't wearing a nametag. 12h24 ordered Hot Chocolate and a Schnitzell with Chips as they are out of Milo for the milo milkshake. Out of Passionfruit for a Passionfruit and Lemonade. Also had no Liqui Fruit available. I was kindly informed that they are awaiting stock on products. Received my Hot Chocolate at 12h39. Milo is made with hot water only and not strong enough to my taste served with the spoon in the cup whithout a sauser to put the spoon on with a dash of milk and white sugar only. I requested a sauser and was brought a small plate. Received condements and my Schnitzel and Chips at 12h57

Chips are hand cut and absolutely deliciously seasoned. Nice and crispy, but soft inside. The chicken schnitzel was a bit salty to my taste, but the chicken was prepared wonderfully. Crispy exterior crumb and a moist welldone chicken breast inside.

Waiter checked in at 13h02 to see if all was good. Another waiter came to check in at 13h06 also not introducing themselves. Waiter checked in at 13h17 and ordered water with lemon. She did confirm whether or not I want tap or bottled. I confirmed still.

Reasonably priced items on the menu as the size of the meals are a proper South African sized meal

The pizzas at Famintos are absolutely delicious – definitely worth trying. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

That said, we were disappointed by the wait time. We had to wait over an hour for just two pizzas on a quiet Monday evening. It wasn’t particularly busy, so the long wait was a bit surprising and did take away from the experience.

Overall, great food, but the service speed needs improvement if they want to keep people coming...

Literally every time I come here, something is out of stock. And instead of mentioning it at the beginning, we have to find out after we've already decided on what to order. No chicken, no avo. Last time, there were no pizzas. There's always something wrong at this place. The service is friendly, but I get the sense the overall business...
