Fishaways — Restaurant in Gauteng

Pathetic customer service coupled with a over 32 minute wait for my food. I placed an order at 17:36 of a relatively small order of around R46 and only received this order after 18:08. The teller, gave me, along with other frustrated patrons no communication or apologies whatsoever. When a few of us expressed our dissatisfaction, she said that she was most affected and that we should place a complaint via Google so that her boss can address the situation.

She was most unapologetical and arrogant. I cannot believe that Fishaways as a franchise allows this type of service to continue. FYI: it was not the 1st time i have received this type of terrible service from this very establishment. The other patrons were shouting out to your staff, who were laughing and chatting loudly inside the kitchen area. Even the the teller left the service counter and was asssiting in the kitchen.

Fishaways must accept responsibility for terrible service, time after time from their Carnival City...

I ordered the HOTPOT for 2 and I got my meal delivered, when opened it was falling off a STEERS Wacky Wednesday box lopsided!! How can this be acceptable??? Await to be contacted! Restaurants forget that we trust them to deliver good food in a proper manner as we not getting this meal or any...

25 June ...Bad service im standing in the qeue at carnival city for 40 minutes.. bad bad service... not acceptable people are going nxt door to steers.. Head office needs to explain.. !!!!!! They dont evens deserve 1star...the ladies arent coping its month end not...
