Hungry Lion Alex Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

I just bought 3 chicken strips & the 6 Wing it meal...the strips fell when the lady dishing out orders got them & she returned them. But I just saw what is supposed to be a swap for fresh ones happening so quick at the back, as if I was being given the same food they picked from the floor. I couldn't just accept them...so spoke to the Manager & he took them to the back. Another lady returned to give me what is supposed to be fresh ones...but bcoz the manager didn't come back to reassure me that they weren't the same old ones from the floor,I wasnt comfortable eating them. l just accepted them coz my order took almost 40 min since they were quite busy, but guess what am never eating such...not...

NEVER GOING BACK TO THE ONE IN ALEX MALL!!!!!!!!!💔 the service is absolutely terrible. We greeted the ladies at the counter so warmly and said, “Hello, how are you?” then she was so disrespectful and said, “Shap” and gave us this disgustingly mean face. Oh and that’s not all, we waited A WHOLE 50 MINUTES FOR OUR ORDER!! while they served customers that arrived after us. They weren’t even willing to help us when we’d asked nicely how far the order is. They even forgot two of the other customer’s orders. Some employees at the back just didn't look busy. Terrible experience, terrible atmosphere, and terrible attitude from the employees...

Went to Hungry Lions at Alex Mall yesterday, got a glitch with the billing, i got to say the cashier resolved the issue in a smooth manner showing knowledge of the systems, as the going says the Company's mission should be inculcated in the hearts of the employees, they should own the business motto. Contrary to the hustle i got in Vryburg where the cashier dont know about the owners mission. Go to Alex Mall...
