Hungry Lion Mams Mall — Restaurant in Gauteng

I had purchased a voucher from my Vodacom App. I’ve visited Hungry Lion (Mams Mall) a couple of times, the first time I couldn’t redeem my voucher due to loadshedding (which is understandable) I tried again on the 9th of December 2023, I was told that they are offline and they cannot assist. I asked if it is possible that they could contact me once they’re back online while I do some shopping in the mall, they said they can’t I must rather call or come back after an hour or so. I came back after an hour they punched in my voucher code and it didn’t not work due to network problems. I was very disappointed and frustrated, I drove 30min on two occasions. I then decided to go to Hungry Lion in town and I was told that my voucher had already been redeemed at Hungry Lion in Mams Mall, I proceeded to call numerous times and no one answered.
