I went there yesterday terrible service i had I ordered 12 wing meal that I waited for over 30 minutes and I was not told that they still cooking them. Then I ordered a big boss burger the cashier asked if is should be spicy I said yes and realized after that their sauce was too spicy last time I couldn't eat the burger, I went to the guy who was taking out orders and asked if my order has been made he said no I asked him to change the sauce for me the guy in a t-shirt at the back replied said they will change the sauce, when my burger arrives I opened it only to find a spicy sauce in it I asked him he took it back to the lady by the name Thabile who added white sauce on top of the hot sauce that I can't eat, I opened my burger again to find 2 sauces in it I asked the guy again he said let me call this thandekile so that u will both fight she came very angry asking me what must she do with this burger cos she made it already , I asked her y are u fighting she said I must hand over the burger n she made another one I got home the...

The service received yesterday was rather disappointing. As I walked in, the cashier was just not showing an enthusiasm to assist me, while I’m still making my order.. some employees are making fun of a Customer who just left. After I made my order I was never told that it will take a max time of 25 minutes to get my meal when most of the outlets they notify you as you making an order if it will take longer than the usual time.

The worst was seeing 2 employees touching each other inappropriately behind the counter by the stove and prep table side. The staff needs more training on customer service and interpersonal skills! I wouldn’t want to make a visit to the store again because of...

This is an absolute disgrace, we order munch mix on uber eats the food was a joke, we ordered 2 burgers, 4 chickens and regular chips, he came here white 2 mini burgers we didnt even order mini burger we ordered we ordered 2 munch mix, we each got 12 chips, and even the wrong souses and then u wanna charge us R240 for it how is this place still open?
