She proceeded to fix the order when my wife made me aware of the fact that no one was behind us . I think the lady was trying to take a chance and buy herself food . The lady at the drive thru, she punched in the wrong order, before I paid I ask her to confirm my order as with that attitude look she confirm and only to find that she punched in the wrong item, imagine if I didn’t ask her to confirm my order, I would gotten the wrong order and now I will have to wait for the right and I notice by the price cause I usually order more a less the same thing, as we waited while she was correcting the order, once she is done not even an apology, the level of attitude, she deserve to be in the kitchen, cause she lack customer service and the fact that she did not listen attentively.
