KFC Celtis Ridge — Restaurant in Gauteng

Ordered via uber eats for over 300. A driver called Milton stole my order. Tried all avenues to resolve the matter and ubereats call Center told me they are setup to help merchants and not clients. Called this KFC and the phone was just ringing until I decided to go there myself. The shock I got there from last night’s shift. Loud music and the I don’t care attitude from all the staff, starting with that lady manager. I got out of my character and fought hard to demand service. They say they are not forced to answer phones at night so if I get them I get them and if I don’t it means they are busy and that is that. They tell me to do all the steps a i had already done to try resolve issue with ubereats and they were not prepared to intervene at all. One the order leaves their store, what happens to it is not their problem, the worst service, if there was a zero here, it is what I was going to rate this shop, you don’t even deserve this 1...

Accidentaly stumbled what i now believe to be the best Kfc Chicken ever.

Over the years having ate some Kfc i have rated it below other fast food franchises.

A foul dish in Musina and some not so good ones around i had settled to only go to Kfc for wraps if the need arise.

The few times i have bought at Celtis ridge Kfc i have been surprised about the fresh real great taste of chicken.

I enjoyed from the fresh tasty coating to the flesh and bones, without getting that foul smell.

There was a bit of mixup with the way the drive through operates.

What these Kfc dishes have shown me is there is definitely a pattern in my observation . Kfc's dishes served in certain regional or geographic areas are seemingly not fresh or possibly not up to standard.

My conclusion is, Kfc has some of the best fast food dishes however in my experience i now avoid musina/ border town, some township and busy...

So I would like to start with: I do not remember ordering chicken with my oil... Because that is what I got the most oily fried chicken. Also is there a thing where one pay's full price but you only get served half of what you paid for? THE WRAPS HAD THE SMALLEST PIECE OF CHICKEN IN IT. If I knew that i woulg get served less for what i paid for I woulf have never purchased... You should really start looking at quality controll. I would urge a health inspector to visit there as well. Or someone that can do quality controll... I would never return until they can sort out this KFC.
