KFC Diepkloof Square — Restaurant in Gauteng

Their delivery service was not on. I placed an order at 19:29 and waited for an hour but my order did not arrive. I called them at 20:31, I was told that a driver came to collect my order. They said they will call the driver and check with him. They then call me to confirm my order again and they told me that they can not see my order on their system but money was already deducted from my account. I was speaking to Jabulani all along over the phone. I ended telling him that I am canceling my order and I wanted a refund. He told me that I have to CONTACT KFC online because my money was not paid to their KFC. I told him that I don't have airtime and I do not even have their contact details. Seeing that they were not willing to help me get my money back. I drove to KFC to have the matter resolved. When we got there we spoke to the Supervisor who told us that their KFC does not have delivery but the app says otherwise. I told her that I no longer wanted the order but I wanted my money back. She said that she won't be able to refund me but the only she can do is to get me my order. She also said that we are not the first customers to complain about about KFC...

Hi, my name is Theriso. I had an in counte4 on the 4th of October the superviser on that evening was Zodwa and the attending staff member was Joyce. They have this system of controlling the line during the day but at night they are rude! Even when you want info of whether you can leave or not, they'll still give you attitude. To summarize, they willgive you a wrong order since the manager isn't available. They tend to be nasty since they know the environment they work in, they specailty is meat and not burgers but on busy days they know that they'll be a high demand of kfc products, they tend to relax before giving out your order which leads them to being rude towards you. The two people ive mentioned don't have any sense of customer service...

My experience was not nice, I got the at 9h50am I was number 2 on the que bt was attended at 10h10 am then had to wait for my order those guys were doing up n down working very slow like they didn't care, they were all over one mnt his working at the till the next his calling out orders then his attending ppl who are buying thru the drive thru athers are just walking up n down didn't understand what they were doing, what frustrated me was the reason I went to KFC had to take my madication so I thought let me quickly get something to eat as ma standing there I could feel myself getting dizzy as they didn't care... Mxm bt ke that's what u shud expect in the locations right? Horrible service and...
