KFC East Lynne — Restaurant in Gauteng

I went here in a rush because need to be on time for work. I ordered a Deluxe burger with a cappuccino. The lady (19 Lindi on slip) asked me if I want egg, and I said yes I want egg. I drove here because uber eats does not have breakfast options. When I got the order there was no egg with the burger. I feel like KFC stole my money. I won't order here again. The burger tasted bad without the egg. Why would I order a breakfast option with no egg? I should have just ordered a Double crunch burger which is cheaper, now I am R20 short, had a shit experience. There service was beyond poor Had to repeat my order 6 times still got it wrong The cool drinks were also wrong when I told the manager what I ordered they said I did not ordered it. When I had to pay they said R250 then the lady said no R400 waiting for my order I desided to check my slip yet again wrong again After everything and I got what I ordered had to pay extra but they said R34 then when I gave them the money they said no it's R88. This has been the most bad service every. Hope they will change the problems in store or they need te close...
