I drove to the store and I saw the drive thru was fully packed I decided to park my car and went inside little did I know that the only important customers are drive thru, I waited more than 10 minutes to be assisted as I was buying with cash. The priority was drive thru I am so disappointed, the meat wasn't so nice you could see they were in a hurry, drinks were half in a cup, Flora who assisted me didn't even apologize to keep us waiting, she could at least came and explained that they short staffed or something, didn't put the serviettes in our order bag. Yoooo to think I always buy at this store & now I'm not so sure if I will go to a place that doesn't treat it's customers equally so. I ordered 27 Jan 2025 at 17:24 order number 111731 qskip but I waited and everyone who ordered after me collected and my order was not done until I came in and requested update on my order and it was not yet even started upon.
