KFC Fountain Plaza — Restaurant in Gauteng

I'm extremely disappointed with the service at KFC. Despite visiting them four times, I've had a consistently poor experience. Every time I've tried to order, I've been met with excuses - no mini loaves, no wings, and today was the final straw. I used the drive-through, which was finally open after several attempts, and was told that my order would be ready in 7 minutes.

The problem is that I wasn't informed about the wait time until after I had already paid. Don't the staff receive training on providing customers with options and managing their expectations? I was in a hurry, with hungry kids in the car, and didn't have 7 minutes to spare. I'll have to return later to collect my order, which is incredibly inconvenient.

To make matters worse, I've had a much better experience at Jimmy's, a newer establishment in the complex. They provide fast and friendly service, which is what I expect from a fast-food restaurant. I placed my order at the self service kiosk , unfortunately I couldn't customise the type of pieces I preferred as I was ordering 5 Streetwise,kiddies meal and Dunked wings.I approached a sweet lady by the name of Nomsa and she listened to me. It pains me to be writing to you again regarding the same thing! This makes me question your management and how you handle costumer issues. I had laid a complaint about not getting Ice Cream from certain stores. I got calls from store managers that it will never happen again. Three weeks in a row we go to KFC Fountain Plaza trying to buy Ice Cream with no luck. The sad thing is when you go to certain suburbs you’ll get it. Are we being undermined for staying in Soweto?
