KFC Mushroom Farm — Restaurant in Gauteng

This was completly shocking , the worst kfc experience I’ve had in my life by far. I will never come back here. Everyone in the drive thru just getting sent to park. No one knows what they doing , it seems like it’s everyone’s first day on the job. Very under staffed,

Shocking to find not 4 people are operating a whole kfc. People are turning around , the drive Thru is so full people who are parked can’t get out.

I got here in the drive thru at 18:45pm and 19:30 the staff came to ask for my slip to confirm by Oder after sending me to the parking to wait for my meal They claimed they were preparing.

Many unsatisfied customers, shocking to see a national being run like this. Not much better at Kyalami or Vorna Valley, I don’t know if this is a kfc Midrand area problem but it’s depressing to see a national being run...

First of all we were going through the drive through before it had closed and we were told by two screaming ladies on the intercom that they did not have anything on the menu . This is completely unacceptable as I know they were still open and had at least something . This pathetic attitude that was shown towards us at a new store just made us realise we will never come back . I see you comment on people’s bad reviews to take it to the website - take this to the website by yourself . Will be spreading the news, unacceptable we have lived in the area for 30 years and have never experienced this before . Shocked utterly...

You should stop the drive through service, it’s quite meaningless at this branch. Every time I have been here, including when your drive through was empty and the queue inside the store was quiet too, I had to still park and wait for my food. To make matters worse, when we got home we found that they had given us the incorrect orders!!!! BEYOND...
