KFC Primrose — Restaurant in Gauteng

Horrible service... Terrible, disturbing unprofessionalism, the stuff really doesn't care at all, i was once told to move my car from a parking spot cause the manager wanted to park he's car... Besides that, they don't even acknowledge customers about the delays, you wait for more than 30 minutes for your food, take it home only to find out it tastes like dirty socks... Something should really be done or else you will lose customers... I personally now prefer to drive an extra 3 km just so I can get great service and food... Sorry but i give 1 star for this place cause this app won't allow me to post without selecting at...

I bought family treat sharing, and requested, wings, pops and small burgers as sides. And you know what apparently it's hard for them to make wings then they decided to put everything and no wings. Bad part is that they served me with a smile and even closed the bag for me do that I will not see what's not there. I dont like fighting for food but they should have told me that we sorry we cant give you wings and I would understand. Its not the 1st time they doing this to me so I'm done with them....

I ordered two colonel burgers, a zinger burger and two coleslaws and KFC mash on 27 September 2020 for home delivery.... not one item was edible. The chicken on the burgers were rock hard and the coleslaw just looked like grated cabbage minus the mayo. I have called the store numerous times and it just goes to voice mail. Never had seen such shocking food sent to a customer and bear in mind this was no cheap meal, our order was over R300. Please can the store...
