I am not in general a fan of writing bad reviews.
However, the nightshift staff have yet to get an order right the first time at this KFC whenever my husband or myself need to stop there.
They don't confirm the order before providing it and or give your order to the vehicle in front of you.
Mess up the order from the beginning and instruct their colleagues what they thought they heard from a simple instruction.
How difficult is it to mess up a simple order like 1x small pops with 1x regular mash only with them... super easy.
They first gave my order my husband placed to the vehicle infront of him.. then they realised it was wrong, ran after him and gave the order my husband placed as pops with chips, which was not ordered. He corrected them - then the lady talked to her colleague in their native tongue for a bit and gave it through as mash and gravy... my husband heard that and corrected her AGAIN.
He had to leave to fetch the kids at evening practise, which they already caused him to be late for. When he returned after fetching them, the person that was initially in the vehicle infront of him was still waiting outside for his order.
Not sure if the staff cant handle the pressure or volume of clients.
It causes unnecessary frustration levels with customers, who's only ask is for from the person you place the order, to the kitchen staff, to the people who are customer facing that need to ensure the order with quantities are actually correct prior to handing it over.
The only times it was ever correct was when whomever at the time was on duty actually asked for the receipt to double-check that what they give you is correct - which does not happen all the time.
It wastes unnecessary operational time and am sure produce also to fix orders and am certain its costing KFC Roodeplaat unnecessary customers not wanting to return expecting yet another mess-up from multiple other examples that are not currently reflected on the reviews.

   Read moreTo begin with, this KFC does not deliver and since it is a franchise they could do so. Furthermore, this is the 3rd time in a span of 2 months that things are not right, All via the drive through.
1st, did not provide gravy with streetwise 2 and pap, I got home and it was not with my order. 2nd, there was plastic in the regular mash and gravy which I nearly swallowed, 3rd, they get the pieces of chicken wrong.
Why must I check the order I make? Am I not paying for the KFC?
