I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your kiosk. I attempted to modify my order immediately after placing it because I saw an item I preferred. However, I was informed that modifications were not possible due to potential stock shortages, a reason I found illogical and unconvincing given the circumstances.
Furthermore, the cashier displayed an impolite demeanor and refused to provide me with a receipt for my transaction. When I informed the staff that I would escalate the matter to the head office, an individual named Sbosh directed me to retrieve a contact number from the kiosk. The disrespectful behavior of the staff was deeply upsetting, especially considering my background in retail and extensive experience in customer service.
A male colleague subsequently printed my receipt from the back office and apologized, explaining that the ladies I had encountered were still undergoing training. While I appreciate the apology, I question why they did not seek assistance if they were unfamiliar with how to handle the situation. I believe that even staff in training should be empowered to ask for help when unsure, especially in customer-facing roles.
