KFC Steeledale — Restaurant in Gauteng

I visited KFC Steeledale for Lunch today. We walked in placed our order at 12.18 only to receive our order 40 minutes later (2 X ZINGER BOX MASTER MEALS)

The guy packing our order has no regards for how he handles customers food getting his fingers inside the chip bokes multiple times, as we told him that we would like new chips after seeing his thumb in our chips too.

So, we asked for the manager to complain about the BAD Service, Her Face expression you could tell that she wasn't really bothered leaning on the counter looking at us. Her excuse was that she is understaffed but she isn't helping with the workload leaving her team behind.

I personally won't recommend this place as wat I saw with my eyes today, I will never forget rather drive down to the Awesome KFC in...

My recent order of the Dunked Crunch Master, which I typically enjoy.

I ordered it through Uber Eats, and while the delivery was prompt and the driver was great, I was disappointed with the quality of the wrap. Unfortunately, the inside was cold, and the chicken piece was the smallest I have ever received. It felt like there was more wrap than chicken, which made it not worth the price.

Additionally, the lettuce appeared old, and the tomato slice was quite small—hardly enough to call it a proper tomato. The chicken seemed like it had been prepared earlier in the day and was not fresh when it was added to the wrap.

I have always appreciated your food, but this experience did not meet my expectations. I hope you can address these issues to ensure better quality...

Chicken was old, tasted like yesterday's chicken was put back into fry again and sold as fresh.

Instead of giving us correct burgers we were giving kiddies burgers and compensated with mini chips which was not equalvalent to what was ordered.

Streetwise 2 and pap is my go to which I ordered on the side - Pap BURNT, chicken dry overcooked and gravy watery assuming they added water to stretch the last of gravy out to end of shift.

Ice cream will also be sold to you even if Not ready you will get a milkshake cone...

Do not visit after 7pm as they will not serve anything fresh but try to sell you all leftovers.

Please follow in the steps of KFC Rifle Range or KFC Ormonde as they don't do this kak!!!
