KFC Tembisa Savemoor — Restaurant in Gauteng

I never wrote any review, one of the workers asked my phone and wrote a review themselves. The service is poor , and I’m not the only one they asked their phones for writting a review. Sometimes the owner must come or send a private customer without telling even the manager, take them by surprise and you’ll see for yourself. I don’t know maybe the owner is like Steers owner I once asked the workers why they put a small portion of ice cream and the told me the owner takes money from their salaries if the cup is full. Streetwise loaded is a scam , you preach what you can’t do , in the advertisement the fries are convincing until you buy them .

I've had so many bad experiences with this KFC I don't know which experience to share (I go there because it's the nearest one to where I stay). Their card machines for the drive thru always seem to have some kind of problem and customers are required to go inside, order AGAIN and pay. Their staff are not friendly or helpful, they blatantly ignored my partner and I whilst in the drive thru only to later inform us to pay and order inside (we just decided to leave everything). On the 5th of February 2024 I went to buy streetwise pap, when I got home there was no gravy ,the next morning I called their customer care as this incident was happening for the second time ,they gave me a case number saying my matter has been escalated and will be resolved in 72 hours ,they never called me back I called them on the 10th only then did their manager call me then he offered me ships and cravy ,there was no remorse especially that I experienced this for the second time and to add on the staff need to treat customers fearly they predominantly give attitude...
