McDonald's Atlas Road Drive-Thru — Restaurant in Gauteng

Ordered McD's on Mr D, and here's wat ensued:

The delivery driver comes flying down the road. He sees me standing by the front door waiting for him and starts hooting his scooter hooter like I'm not here and carries on hooting.

Then, hands me our drinks, container soaked, quarter of each drink spilled all over the cups and container. Straws soaked.

While I'm inspecting the drinks and asking him why it looks like it does, he shoves the paperbag with our food in it my way as well. Paperbag UNSEALED, and the bag itself looked like it was dragged all the way over here.

I ask him what's going on, and instead of apologizing, he immediately starts arguing with me, literally telling me, "It's supposed to look like that."

We order a lot of food, most of it from McDonald's, and it's never looked this bad, nor have I ever had to deal with such a rude, unprofessional, and provoking driver.

I do not want this guy delivering our food EVER again - I will reject it, and he might leave the premises in a stretcher.

It's clear as day that he drove here like a maniac, with our food flying around in the back. He has zero manners and should not be dealing directly with customers ever again.

We tip and treat service people with respect. The very least I expect in return is for my food to be handled with care and to be spoken to properly. I won't be the last to complain about him, but I will be the first to knock his teeth in if he arrives here with...

Guys... You need to mix the McFlurries before serving them... If not, then it's just ice cream with toppings...

Come on guys, it's as simple as 1,2,3... The machine does it for you...

Other than that, you guys a top notch.

The café is top their level...

Food is always fresh and service is fast...

This outlet is always so clean and the staff are friendly.

I feel that's it's a hidden gem that not many have realised can become a really chilled spot for a Friday night or weekend vibes.

It's always so quiet and it's actually one of the best McDonald's branches in terms of atmosphere that I don't think many have come to discover or bothered to stop by.

It's in a safe place with security and police always around due to the garage.

It's a really cool spot to just park your car and enjoy your meal and chill.

I have no complaints, this particular branch is one of the best I've been too, but mix your ice...

I continuously thought they are new lets give them time, but the service is decreasing.

They never get your order right and the staff are just rude.

Latest in the long line of screw ups is that we ordered a quarter ponder with cheese and no pickles. What we got is a burger with no cheese pickles, tomato, lettuce, onions and some mayo looking sauce.

I cannot believe that this is still the kind of results we need to be happy with.
