Went to order 16 big mac meals. Took the drive through as mcdonalds offers a drive through option. I was told to come inside and place my order. So I asked whats the point of a drive through if you going to tell me to come inside. Anyway I refused and placed my order at the drive through. When I reached the collection window, I was asked to park. Again I refused because I chose the drive through option and 16 big macs is not a big order. This is mcdonalds who prides themselves on providing quick meals. The disturbing part came when other customers started screaming and swearing me for ordering 16 big macs. Which means mcD staff were telling the other drive through customers what inhad ordered. I am extremely disappointed at the service I received from such a huge franchise company. Fyi. I bought at the drive through more than 3 times worse service ever, one day I went inside no stood on the line for more than 20 minutes while they talking to each other, I got the order it was wrong I left it there by the time I got the order I had been in the store for more than 30 minutes. I left it because I didn't have another 30 minutes to wait.Worse McDonald's ever, they are so loud, talking to each about what happened on their lives on a night before. My recent experience confirmed my dissatisfaction with this franchise. I attempted to order a decaf Americano via the self-service kiosk, an option that is clearly displayed on the menu. The staff was unfamiliar with the option, and after I showed them the decaf button on the machine, they informed me that the restaurant only serves one type of bean. This operational disconnect is unacceptable. It's a simple policy: If an item is unavailable, it should not be listed on the public menu.
