McDonald's Protea Glen — Restaurant in Gauteng

I received the worst service from lesego protea glen mall...I bought a foldover and was given a breakfast wrap I then had to wait for my oder in the parking lot as the order was made via drive through...the agent assisting me was kind and friendly and brought the food to my car ...I them made him aware of what I wanted and what I had received he then politely apologized and went in the restaurant to try and exchange my oder which I didn't mind topping up as the fold over was higher in price as compared to wrap...when he came back he said unfortunately the supervisor said they couldn't do the exchange and I had to buy the foldover again separately....the supervisor never came to explain this to me and sent the agent...and as a supervisor you don't send agents to do your dirty work to customers...I drove a distance to come and enjoy a foldover early in the morning but ended up spending more money because of a supervisor that didn't want to exchange an oder complaining about his or her stock running out like I'm not a customer...very very poor service from protea glen McDonald's from a supervisor WOW HOW APPALLING...🚮 Thank you lesego for making me spend more money because you don't want to loose stock or deal with the admin of exchanging food for a customer that drove so far to come and buy food from your shop...I guess that's why McDonald's made you a...

I came to the store after church with the purpose of having a meal and working on my pc. I sat down charged my devices and 10 minutes later while I was still busy on my phone an employee with a black lipstick( that didn't even suit her) walked up on me and had the audacity to tell me that in order to sit at the restaurant I have to order something. In confusion I asked her who said I wasn't going to order anything and her her response was the manager has been watching the camera and noticed that I was sitted without having ordered anything I had to have a back and forth with her until she left me alone.

This was disgusting becuase when went to Order something it felt like I was ordering becuase the black lipstick lady forced me to and nor becuase I was ready to order.

30 minutes after having ordered the sockets stopped working meaning I couldn't work on my pc anymore and that point I just decided to leave the store.

Another thing the toilets are not even accessible you have to go to the counter and beg the employee’s and let them know you have to use it becuase they are always locked. Why that is so? I do not know. I was definitely visiting this store for the last time. They have terrible customer service and the food isn't...

Bad service horrible food... I bought a meal at McDonald's protea Glen with coke I was in a drive thru I waited more than an hour on a drive thru, OK the busy I get it. I got my food went home as we eat n drink d coke haibo wt is this I don't know what kind of medicine they put there the drink was bitter and u drinkable.... OK I call the restaurant back and got Nelson Nobela who said he was the manager on the he told me to drive back for another drink because they were shot of the serup to make a proper coke no apologies nothing, mind you petrol is expensive OK I told him will come wen I happen to be around the mall... Guess what today on the 27th I took back the cold drink the lady who helped me and the manager on duty now they just gave me my refund "for cold drink" again no apology nothing and again before I could get that refund I had to wait for 20 minutes...
