Nando's Eldorado Park — Restaurant in Gauteng

I always order meals by telephone the last two times that I have ordered I was not happy. The first problem was when I ordered for a delivery, the meal was fine but the person brought me the wrong drink, I took it to avoid any further issues although I dont even drink the Fanta he brought.... The very last order I had with Nando's Eldorado Park the chicken was so badly burned all we could taste was the charcoal burned taste which they tried to cover with alot of source. Which was strange at first as I remember that whenever I order I order my meals with extra source but it never really is, but this particular meal was with alot of source to cover the burned chicken. I Truly hope it was a one time mistake as I never had any problems with them... Overall a friendly and relaxed atmosphere whenever I do...

WORST NANDOS EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!

After placing an order for delivery. And waiting for an hour and a half. The driver gets the address wrong thrice. Blames me for providing a wrong address, and then forces me to stand outside in the cold. Eventually, when he arrives - he claims to make some apologies for going to the wrong address.

After all this; I opened the food. Disgusting to say the least. Ice cold, heavily burnt, and multiple other items missing and not as per the payslip!

All this wait for nothing, and I still have to go out to buy...

Third time ordering from Nando’s Eldorado park and the food is horrible. The wedges and chips are raw and the chicken badly burnt, masked with lots of sauce.

The guy taking my order insisted that I follow a link to give the establishment a 5 star rating before getting my food, in order to get a free portion of chips. Very unethical; improve the quality of your food ..earn your rating rather than giving people free chips for a 5...
