Nando's Protea Glen — Restaurant in Gauteng

Just bought a family meal, consisting of a full chicken and 3 sides of 2 peri chips and a salad. Full chicken was blend, the salad was flat with over ripe and soggy tomatoes, with over ripe olives, no onions. The only thing that's good about the salad was the lettuce. Chips that we made sure the teller remembered that should be peri peri came as naked with no attitude, just plain chips. The chicken that always doesn't disappoint in other stores took a dive and scored itself a disappointing 2 out 10.

Disappointed that the sit in is outside,was told there's no plates meaning I eat via takeaway, worse I wasn't offered any sort of caterlary..resorted to eat with our hands..by fair it's the most disappointment I had since I started eating at nandos..first time experience with my kid ruined...you know what's worse?got a call from the manager..did I get a voucher to replace my dissatisfaction?nope net lack of accountability and a mere sorry the person assisting you should have clarified better..question still stands is the staff not trained?service ...
