Panteli's Italian kitchen - Boskruin — Restaurant in Gauteng

Such a lovely place. Lots of families but also good if you're on a date and pick the corner spot. Food was amazing. We had the Steak Romgna and the Berena. Both were fantastic and difficult to choose from such a selection of amazing looking pasta dishes. It came with a table side of garlic, Chilli and parmasan but nothing needed to be added (a first for me).

What was also really great was that the waitress. Very attentive and sweet but not overbearingly so. She also was clued up with the Entertainer app and didn't have to go around asking.. Another first for me. So great service. We even spoke to some of the other waiters as they clocked off and were outside. Such a friendly bunch of people.

The only thing separating 4 stars from 5 for me is the wine list. With such an amazing list of food, I felt that the wine list could have done with a bit more options.

Honestly delicious food. We had a bit of an Uber Eats slip up a little while ago. We called the restaurant and Dylan was attentive and kind and offered to remake our or order or substitute it for something else. We declined as it was late so he advised that we have a credit that can be redeemed when we needed... Well tonite was the night... Long day of work and adulting called for a creamy chicken Alfredo with extra basil pesto, sun-dried tomatoes, chilli and bacon.... And Panteli's did not disappoint at all. Mouth-watering from the first to the last but and I have enough for lunch... Thank you Panteli's for the amazing food and Dylan...

We went to Panteli’s a few times. Food good except for today. Pasta was like rubber, not sure why and absolutely tasteless. In general bland and unflavoured. The first time ever we asked for tomato sauce to make it edible. My partner never complains and always leaves a generous tip regardless of the experience and he was the first one to complain. Another problem, absent waiter. Dumps food and disappears nowhere to be seen. Biggest problem, when complaining about the food a simple sorry to make it right. How greedy and pathetic. Will never support you again. Shape up and change...
