Hey Rocomamas Rynfield, I am so sad to write this bad review. I called in to book a table for 8 people for 6pm. My friends got there first just to be told that the table was reserved for 8pm not 6pm. The staff helped organise a table but the place was a mess with straws etc laying on the ground. My friend brought it to the managers attention but the manager did not take it well. Our waitress was a total scatter brain and overwhelmed. I ordered a no-jito and waited for 20 minutes with no sign of drink. When I asked the waiteress she casually said they couldn't make the drink so I had to order something else. 5 minutes later the no-jito appears. We placed our food orders which was a total mess. Chips arrived without burgers and burgers without chips. I received my chips and had to wait 10 minutes for my burger. My friend asked for ice which didn't arrive. The best part was that the manager was constantly screaming at his staff right behind us. When I asked the waitress to see him, he conveniently never appeared. We ordered the triple treat and opted for waffles and were told that they aren't making waffles yet a number of people were ordering them. At this point I had enough. We love Rocomamas but this branch really left an unpleasant taste...
Read moreWe decided to order a takeaway today while we quickly did some shopping and give your branch another chance, as we often receive an incorrect order online. We received our order after 30 mins. As we were about to drive away, one of the kitchen staff ladies was at my partner's window, informing us that they accidentally gave us an extra burger, which was the wrong burger. We were starving and now had to get out the car and walk all the way back to the restaurant. She unpacked our items and this was when we decided to see if there were any other mistakes. Why should that be our job? My burger was missing salsa and our food was getting cold as we waited for the salsa. Manager was there and did not seem to want to get involved in helping us, it was like he just wanted to apologize and make us move on. When we arrived home, my partner did not have the ranch sauce, and our food was warm, nowhere near hot and appetising. We are absolutely horrified with the kitchen service! You cannot have friendly, smiling faces greeting you as you arrive when the kitchen is a shambles. This definitely isn't the first time there has been an issue, we have had similar issues when ordering for collection. Please clean...

I visited with a group of friends, traveling all the way from Joburg, only to be completely disappointed. When our burgers arrived, they were all cold, so we had to send them back to be reheated. On top of that, the chips I ordered didn’t come with my burger—I only got them after I had already finished eating. To make matters worse, I had to wait for my drink, which only arrived after I was done with both my burger and chips. It’s completely unprofessional for drinks to be served after the meal.
The service was terrible. Everything came out slowly, as if the waiter was in no rush at all. When we sent our cold burgers back, they were simply warmed up and returned to us—honestly, it felt like they were just microwaved. Not once did we receive an apology. And the most frustrating part? The restaurant wasn’t even busy or at full capacity.
